NO FEAR EXTREME ENERGY MOS ‘FLY LIKE SUPERMAN IN ZERO GRAVITY’ FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This competition is open to all residents of the UK except for employees, and agencies of Warner Bros. Pictures or No Fear Extreme Energy or Aimia Foods Ltd.
Participants must be aged 16.
The promotion opens on April 15th, 2013 and closes at midnight on August 31st, 2013
The promotion is available on promotional packs of No Fear Extreme Energy Drink 485ml resealable cans and 568ml standard cans while stocks last.
To participate: find the unique code printed on the base of the can; visit www.facebook.com/drinknofear; register; like the page and enter the code under the Man of Steel tab.
Closing date for entries is August 31st 2013.
Main Prize winner will be picked at random by an independent person on September 1st, 2013.
There are runner’s up prizes of 5000 free cans of No Fear which will be distributed to the winners in the form of a retail voucher by Aimia Foods within 28 days of the win. Plus there are 1000 limited edition t-shirts and 10 X Box 360 consoles to be won.

The 1st prize is a trip for two adults to Orlando Florida, to experience a once in a lifetime Zero Gravity Experience! The prize includes: return economy flights from a UK airport (airport subject to availability) to Florida USA; 3-night hotel accommodation with breakfast for two adults (based on 2 people sharing 1 room) and airport to hotel and event transfers. The Zero Gravity experience is for the winner only. We will provide travel insurance for two adults subject to the insurers terms and conditions.
Dates of travel are will be for dates within November 2013 and cannot be altered. The dates will be provided when the winner is chosen.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
One person travelling must be 18 years old or over.
If the winner is under 18 then his/her guest must be his/her parent or guardian.
The Zero Gravity experience takes place at the Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville, Florida.
The prize includes Zero Gravity experience for one winner and one non-flyer guest package.
All Zero Gravity participants must be 8 years old or older.
Any Zero Gravity participant under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (at his/her cost).
A medical history form must be completed and approved prior to the experience and may result in a request for a doctor’s note confirming fit to fly.
One person travelling must have a valid credit card is required at hotel check-in for incidentals in the hotel. Any expenses accrued on the trip is the responsibility of the winner.
The winner and guest will be required to have a full UK passport.
The winner and guest must meet movie certification criteria.
Winners must have all valid documentation such as ID cards, driving license, passports and applicable visas and permissions.
Winner and guest must register online with US ESTA system www.esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta
Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize and in any required publicity.
